Dear Neighbors, I am trying to borrow (jack) your wifi so that I can check my e-mail , post to my blog, watch some tv on hulu.com.Your connection must be;
- A. The slowest bogged down piece of shit in the world
- B. Everyone else in our building is also using your Linksys open access point to get on the internet
- C. Time warner cable has no idea how to run a reliable network
My Sprint EVDO card syncs up at a full 3G allowing me almost a full 2 Mbits download speed, plenty of bandwidth to stream some tv shows from abc.com or hulu.com (I like hulu better) . This is just sad, in this tech savvy age of the year 2008, open wireless access should be reliable enough to get on the internet and stay connected when you have a full signal. Now I am not going to trash talk you too badly since you are probably are my next-door neighbor that I have never met, nor will I ever meet you because I live under this big rock. I may surface once in a while at 3AM to get more guinness from the bodega, but its very unlikely we will ever pass each other in the hall way on the way to work at a normal hour of the day.
